Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use faceanalysis.io (“Face Analysis”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What Face Analysis offers

Free face scan. The AI Attractiveness Test maps facial landmarks in your browser and returns a 0–100 score with your measurements. Your photo is not uploaded for this scan.

Full Report. A paid, personal report based on one front-facing photo. It includes 40+ measurements across 7 facial regions, explained in plain English, an AI analysis of visible features, six hairstyle previews created from your photo, a color analysis, a ranked action plan and a four-week plan. You receive it as a private web report and a PDF sent to your email. Creating it requires uploading your photo with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change, add or remove features over time. If a change affects a report you have already bought, you keep access to that report for the period in section 7.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to buy the Full Report or to use any feature that uploads a photo. We ask for your birth year before any upload; we cannot verify it, so you are responsible for answering truthfully. The free in-browser scan is available to everyone, but the site is not directed at children under 13.

3. Your photos

• Only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult who has given you explicit permission to analyze their photo.
• Never upload a photo of anyone under 18.
• Do not use the service to analyze, compare or publish other people without their consent, or to harass, shame or impersonate anyone.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service you asked for, for the periods set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may refuse, stop or delete processing that breaks these rules.

4. What our results are, and are not

Scores and measurements describe the geometry of one photo, which can change with the camera angle, distance, light and expression. They place your proportions within typical ranges; they are not a judgment of your value or of how others see you.

Everything on Face Analysis is general information for personal and entertainment use. It is not medical, dermatological, psychological or other professional advice. We do not diagnose conditions, and we do not recommend surgery, fillers, injections or prescription treatments. Speak to a qualified professional about any health concern.

5. AI-generated content

Parts of the Full Report are written or created by AI models, including the hairstyle previews. These previews are visualizations of possible styles, not predictions of how a haircut, product or treatment will turn out. AI output can contain mistakes or visual errors. Images you save or download carry a visible “AI-generated” label; please keep it when you share them.

6. Payments

• The Full Report costs $17.49, paid once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• Reports are one-time purchases, paid through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• Your report starts generating after payment is confirmed and is usually ready within a few minutes. If it cannot be generated, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

7. Refunds and report access

7-day refund. If you are not happy with your Full Report, email support@faceanalysis.io within 7 days of purchase using the email address you paid with, and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to give a reason. The refund guarantee applies once per customer: one request can cover several purchases, but purchases made after a refund are final.

When a refund is issued, access to that report, its PDF and its images ends. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

Access. You can open your report from any device by requesting a sign-in link to the email you paid with. We keep the report for up to 12 months from purchase, unless you delete it sooner. Please download the PDF if you want to keep a copy longer.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the photo rules in section 3;
• use the service for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its results at scale, or use automated tools to access it;
• attempt to bypass our age check, payment, security or rate limits, or disrupt the site;
• use the results to make decisions about other people, such as hiring, housing or admissions;
• upload nude, sexual or sexually suggestive photos, or try to make the service produce NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive images or text;
• upload a photo of a child, or of any adult who has not given you permission;
• use our AI-generated images to impersonate, harass, deceive or embarrass anyone, or present them as real, unedited photos;
• try to get around our safety checks or use the service to create hateful, violent or otherwise harmful content.

We may refuse to process a photo, remove content and suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Face Analysis name, logo, website, software and written content belong to us. Your report and its images are for your personal use; you may share them, but not use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results or previews will be accurate or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for emotional distress, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Ending use

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post a notice on the site or email you before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply.
